Mr. Masten has also served as Chief of Police in Cocoa, Florida, and returned to Miami Shores in 1994 to hold the position of Chief until his retirement in 2005. Additionally, he served as the Assistant Chief of Police for Miami-Dade College and later as Executive Director for Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers. Mr. Masten's credentials include graduating from the FBI's prestigious National Academy and attending numerous advanced law enforcement training programs. With a wealth of expertise in criminal law enforcement, investigations, and asset location, Mr. Masten brings significant experience as a consultant and expert witness.
