 Richard Duncan Lynch D.O. is a diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology expert witness from Texas. He earned his B.A. in 1962 from Washington and Jefferson University. He also completed his D.O. in 1966 and his internship from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Then he completed his residency from Brooke Army Medical Center and his fellowship from Walter Reed Army Med Center. He has a physician's license from the state of Texas and is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
