Dr. Richard Louis Luciani, M.D. is an obstetrics and gynecology expert witness from New Jersey. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1976 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry at Newark, New Jersey. He further completed his internship and residency from Department of Ob-Gyn, St. Barnabas Medical Center in 1977 and 1980 respectively. He also served as the Chief Resident during his tenure of residency. Currently, Dr. Luciani is the Resident Instructor at the Overlook Hospital at Summit, New Jersey and St. Barnabas Medical Center at Livingston, New Jersey. He is also affiliated to the St Barnabas Medical Center, the Overlook Hospital and the Short Hills Surgical Center as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Additionally, he maintains his private practice at the Millburn Ob-Gyn Associates, P.A. at Millburn, New Jersey.
