Dr. Richard Thomas Callery, M.D. is a forensic pathology expert witness from Delaware. His clinical expertise also includes anatomic pathology. He completed his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in the year 1975 and then earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1983. Dr. Thomas also completed his internship in pathology from Tufts New England Medical Center at Boston, Massachusetts and then completed his residencies in Anatomic Pathology from the Tufts Medical Center, the University of Connecticut and the Office of State Medical Examiners. He further completed his fellowship in Hematology from the Tufts Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Callery is the Chief Medical Examiner & Director at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory of the state of Delaware. He is also Staff Pathologist at the St. Francis Hospital, Southern Chester County Medical Center and the Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children. Dr. Thomas has several publications to his credit.
