Richard Steven Bercik

Dr. Richard Steven Bercik, M.D. is an obstetrics and gynecology expert witness from Connecticut. His expertise also includes female pelvic medicine & reconstructive surgery and urogynecology. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of Connecticut, California and Florida. He is also certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his B.S. in Biology, Cum Laude in the year 1979 from Georgetown University at Washington, District of Columbia and then earned his M.D. in 1983 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey Medical School at Newark, New Jersey. He also pursued his residency from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital at New York City, New York. Currently, Dr. Bercik is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences and of Urology at the Yale School of Medicine. He also has currently Professional Experiences as a Director of Women's Center at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and as a Division Director of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery under the Yale School of Medicine. He is also a physician at the Bridgeport Hospital at Bridgeport, Connecticut.
