With nearly three decades of experience, Mr. Matos Acosta has held progressive engineering roles at Puerto Rico Telephone Company (CLARO) since 1995. He currently serves as Manager of RF Wireless Network Design, where he oversees systems for voice, data, video, and internet services. His previous roles include positions in network implementation, optimization, and planning engineering.

In addition to his industry expertise, Mr. Matos Acosta has been an instructor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico since 1991, contributing to the education of future engineers in his field.
