Mr. Allard has extensive experience in both law enforcement and training. He is currently the owner of 13thjuror LLC, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to this, he served as a Training Officer at the Connecticut Police Academy and the State of Connecticut Police Officer Standards and Training Council (POSTC) from 1984 to 2007. In addition to his training roles, Mr. Allard has held positions as a Police Lieutenant with the Woodbridge Connecticut Police Department and a Police Sergeant with the New Britain Connecticut Police Department.With his broad background in law enforcement, criminal justice education, and specialized police training, Mr. Allard brings a wealth of expertise to his consulting work, particularly in police procedures, training, and law enforcement best practices.
