Randy James Gray

Randy James Gray, C.H.S.T, C.S.H.M., O.H.S.T., B.S., M.S. is a Forensic Safety and Health Expert. He resides at Benton, Kentucky. He has completed his B.S. Degree in 1983 and M.S. Degree in 2005 from Murray State University in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering. He has a Certification of Specialization in Industrial Hygiene. He worked for the State of Kentucky as an OSH Safety & Health Compliance Officer for more than 25 years. He is the President of Grayhawk Safety and Health Consulting Company. Mr. Gray has 35 years of experience in occupational health and safety, serving as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety and health compliance officer, OSHA outreach trainer, and safety consultant for businesses in a variety of industries. With 25 years of experience in OSHA, he is highly knowledgeable of 29 CFR regulations related to construction and general industry. He also provides Loss Control and Risk Management Services. Mr. Gray holds several nationally recognized certifications. He is highly experienced as an OSHA forensic expert, serving defendants and plaintiffs in numerous cases involving workplace accidents and injuries. He is a Certified Health and Safety Technologist, Certified Safety and Health Management, Graduate Safety Practitioner, Occupational Health and Safety Technologist. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Associated General Contractors of Kentucky, Audubon Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Institute of Safety and Health Management, Kentucky Safety and Health Network, National Safety Council and Purchase Area Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
