Over his distinguished career, he has performed over 500 business valuations and accumulated more than 400 hours of continuing professional education in valuation and forensic topics.

Currently, Randall serves as the Managing Partner at Flagel Huber Flagel, where he has worked since 1985, overseeing the firm's Cincinnati office and coordinating its Business Valuations and Litigation Services Department. His leadership extends beyond the firm as he actively participates in local governance and civic initiatives. He was recently elected as the Warren County Treasurer in Ohio and is a member of various boards, including the Area Progress Council of Warren County and MADECDC. Randall has also served in leadership roles within the Warren County Republican Party and Working In Neighborhoods (WIN), further demonstrating his commitment to public service and community engagement.
