Paul Ian Tartter

Dr. Paul Ian Tartter M.D., F.A.C.S. is a breast surgical oncology expert witness based out of New York. He has expertise in breast biopsy, breast cancer, breast surgical biopsy, lumpectomy and mastectomy. He has an active medical practitioner’s license from the state of New York, and is certified by The American Board of Surgery. Dr. Paul Ian Tartter graduated in 1977 from Brown University School of Medicine in Providence Rhode Island. He did his residency at the equally renowned Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, completing his training in 1982. He joined the Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center at Mount Sinai West as Senior Surgeon, and currently serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Bill Shawn Rosen M.D. is a physical medicine & rehabilitation expert witness based out of Missoula, Montana. He has expertise in brain injury medicine. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of Montana and California, and is certified by The American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed his undergraduate education from the Oregon State University at Corvallis and University of Idaho at Moscow.
