He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lewis University in 1974 and a Master’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Denver in 1991.

Mr. Siska retired as Undersheriff from Adams County in March 2010, after a distinguished career in law enforcement. Since retiring, he has remained active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Community Reach Center, a local mental health center. He also teaches Mental Health First Aid and works in customer service for Frontier Airlines. With a strong background in both law enforcement and mental health, Mr. Siska brings valuable expertise in public safety, crisis intervention, and community outreach.
