In his academic career, Paul has served as a Senior Continuing Lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management, UCLA School of Law, UCLA Department of Economics, and UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. He has been involved in teaching finance, real estate, and economics at the graduate level and also provides guidance to the Master of Quantitative Economics degree program. In addition to his teaching roles, Paul is the Principal and Founder of Grayslake Advisors LLC, providing expert testimony and litigation support in the fields of finance and real estate. He is also the Principal and Co-Founder of Habibi Properties LLC, a real estate investment and development firm. Paul's professional experience includes roles at Bank of America, The Walt Disney Company, and Arthur Andersen LLP, where he gained expertise in investment banking, corporate controllership, mergers and acquisitions, and business advisory services.
