Paul currently serves as the Risk Manager for Western Operations at Boyne Resorts and as the Ski Patrol Director at Crystal Mountain, Washington, where he has worked since 1987. He is also the Director of the Northwest Avalanche Institute and a co-owner/guide for International Mountain Guides LLC.His experience spans a variety of roles in mountain safety, including serving as a Climbing Guide with Rainier Mountaineering Inc., a Helicopter Ski Guide with North Cascade Heli-skiing, and Snow Safety Director at Crystal Mountain Resort. Additionally, Paul has held roles as a Climbing Ranger in both Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Parks, and he has participated in Ski Patrol Exchanges in the U.S., Canada, and France. With a career devoted to mountain safety and avalanche management, Paul is a highly respected figure in his field.
