Dr. Paul A. Ballas, D.O. is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry expert witness. He completed his undergraduate education at Shippensburg University before pursuing graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. Following medical school, he completed an internship, a psychiatry residency, and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
