Patrick B. Dugan is a Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI-CFI II) and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (NAFI-CFEI, CVFI) with over five decades of combined experience in fire service and fire investigations. He has served as a Fire Investigator with NEFCO Fire Investigations since 2001, conducting origin and cause analyses in Florida, Georgia, and New York. Prior to that, he spent more than 30 years with the Schenectady Fire Department, where he held positions including Deputy Chief, Deputy Chief of Training, Fire Captain, and Paramedic Lieutenant.
