Patricia A. Costantini

Nurse Patricia A. Costantini, R.N., M.Ed., L.P.C., C.R.C., C.C.M., C.L.C.P., C.N.L.C.P. is a registered nurse, Life Care Planner, Case Manager and Vocational Expert based in Pittsburgh, PA. She did her Bachelors from Penn State University in 1973 and M.Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Pittsburgh. She has certificate in Life Care Planning from University of Florida and a Diploma in Nursing from Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing. She completed her Doctoral Program on Rehabilitation Science and Technology from University of Pittsburgh. She is an adjunct assistant professor in the Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (CRMHC) department. Her work experience includes public and private rehabilitation employment settings, including the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and various independent private sector medical and vocational case management companies. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Certified Case Manager (CCM). She also holds two certifications in life care planning (CLCP & CNLCP). Her private practice primarily involves forensic rehabilitation, including life care planning, and vocational rehabilitation assessment. She was named 2015 Outstanding Life Care Planning Educator by the Foundation for Life Care Planning Research. She served as national president of the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC). She was the national chair for the International Academy of Life Care Planners (IALCP) and the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (ALNCCB).
