Dr. Palmer Morrel-Samuels, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., M.Sc. in Law is a social psychology expert witness in Michigan. He completed his B.A. in 1976 from the Goddard College and then earned his M.A. iin 1980 from the University of Chicago, Division of Social Sciences. He further completed his M.Phil and his Ph.D. in 1989 from the Columbia University, Department of Psychology. Dr. Morrel-Samuels also completed his Master of Science in Law in 2017 from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Currently, Dr. Morrel-Samuels is a Lecturer at the University of Michigan and also the C.E.O. at the Employee Motivation & Performance Assessment Inc. (EMPA). He is also the Partnering Consultant at the Gagen MacDonald.
