Dr. Pablo Ariel Celnik M.D. is a rehabilitation counseling and medicine expert witness from Maryland. Currently, Dr. Celnik is a director of physical medicine and rehabilitation and a professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
