Dr. Noah Krsna Kaufman, Ph.D., F.A.C.P.N., A.B.Pd.N. is a forensic neuropsychology expert witness from New Mexico. He has a psychology practitioner’s license from the state of New Mexico and Texas and is also certified by both the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology. Dr. Kaufman completed his B.A. in 1998 from University of New Mexico at Albuquerque, New Mexico. He then completed his M.S. in 2001 and subsequently his Ph.D. in 2003 from the University of Oregon at Eugene, Oregon. Dr. Kaufman further completed post-doctoral neuropsychology certification from the Fielding Institute at Orange County, California. Currently, Dr. Kaufman is the Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. He also maintains his private practice at Las Cruces, New Mexico.
