Nitin Narain Bhatia

Dr. Nitin Narain Bhatia, M.D. is an orthopaedic Surgery expert witness from California. He has active medical practitioner’s license from the state of California. He is also certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors in 1994 from the Stanford University at Stanford, California and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1998 from the Baylor College of Medicine at Houston, Texas. He completed internship in General Surgery in 1999 and residency in Orthopedics in 2003 from the University of California at Los Angeles, California. He further completed the first fellowship in Spinal Deformity in 2004 and second fellowship in Spinal Surgery in 2004 from the Miami Children’s Hospital and the University of Miami in Jackson Memorial Medical Center at Miami, Florida. Currently, Dr. Bhatia is the Chief of Orthopaedic Spine Service, the Co-Director of Comprehensive Spine Program and the Director of Spinal Services at the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center of the University of California, Irvine at Irvine, California. He also serves as Residency Program Director and the Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California at Irvine, California. He also has been part of few conferences and has many publications to his credit. He resides in California.
