He further completed residency in 1987 from the Department of Psychiatry, Albany Medical Center Hospital and fellowship in 1988 from the Department of Psychiatry, Syracuse University – SUNY Upstate. Currently, Dr. Kaye maintains his practice at the Neil S. Kaye, MD, PA. He also serves as Special Guest Instructor at the Widener University School of Law. He has many publications to his credit. He resides in Delaware. He is married with Susan M. Donnelly.
