Michelle Donahue Smeltzer

Nurse Michelle Donahue Smeltzer, M.S.N., R.N., C.E.N. is a Registered Nurse based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of leadership and management in acute healthcare organizations and academic settings. She has Expertise in program evaluation and development and experience with project management, including adding service lines, facility expansion and new facility planning and opening. She did her Masters in Nursing from University of Alabama at Birmingham in the year 2000 and earned her Doctorate from Walden University in 2018. She also has certification in Emergency Nursing. She served as Patient Care Director at the Medical/Surgical/Oncology Unit of Pottstown Memorial Medical Center for 2 years.
