Michael Leo Winzenread

Dr. Michael Leo Winzenread, M.D. is a physician based in Edmond, Oklahoma. He did his Bachelors in English Literature in 1971. He is board certified in Family Practice medicine. He graduated from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1975. He did his Family Practice Internship from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1976. He completed his Family Practice Residency from the same institution in 1980. He served in U.S. Navy as a General Medical Officer from 1976 pm to 1978. He was affiliated with Deaconess Physicians Services, LLC Edmond, Oklahoma from 2010 to 2014. Dr. Winzenread is a member of American Board of Family Medicine and Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a Resident Member of the Board of Directors of the Liaison Committee to University of Oklahoma Medical School. He is a Physician Reviewer of the Oklahoma foundation for Medical Quality since 2005. He holds the position of Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine Oklahoma University. He also does Pro Bono work from time to time for the uninsured and was involved with Open Arms Free Clinic sponsored by OCMS and Deaconess Hospital from 1993 to 2014. He is currently an Independent physician in association with Stephen B. Conner, M.D. and specializing in legal, occupational, and immigration evaluations. Dr. Winzenread is licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
