Michael Alexander Palese

Dr. Michael Alexander Palese, M.D. is a urology expert witness from New York. He has an active medical practitioner’s license from the state of New York, California and is certified by the American Board of Urology. He completed his B.A. in 1993 from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences, Ithaca, New York and then earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1997 from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He further pursued his internship in 1998 and general residency in 1999 from the University of Maryland Medical System, Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his residency in Urology in 2003 and Pediatric Urology in 2001 from the John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. He also completed his fellowship in Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery in 2004 from the New York-Presbyterian Hospital - Cornell Campus. Currently, Dr. Palese is a urologist at Mount Sinai Morningside and Mount Sinai West Hospitals, Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital. He has numerous publications to his credit. He has been America's Top Doctors for the years 2011 to 2018. He is also a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Association of Clinical Urologists, American Medical Association and American Urological Association.
