He then pursued his internship in General Surgery in 1987 and residency in Neurological Surgery in 1993 from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Los Angeles, California. He further pursued his fellowship in Neurological Surgery in 1995 from the Children Hospital of Los Angeles Department of Neurological Surgery, Los Angeles, California. Currently, Dr. Levy is a neurosurgeon at USC University Hospital, LAC-USC Medical Centre, Rady Children's Hospital and UC San Diego Health-Jacobs Medical Centre. He has several publications to his credit. He has been San Diego Area’s Top Doctors for the years of 2003 to 2017 and also American’s Top Doctors for the years of 2009 to 2017. He is also a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
