Dr. Campion leads a small consulting firm, Campion Services, Inc., and has been a distinguished Professor of Management at Purdue University since 1986, where he currently holds the title of Herman C. Krannert Professor of Management and formerly directed the Master of Science in Human Resources Program. Before his tenure at Purdue, he gained significant industry experience, working for IBM Corporation and Weyerhaeuser Company in roles focused on personnel research, organizational development, and human resource systems.
