He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nazareth College in 2005, followed by earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. Dr. Bowen then completed a residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and a fellowship at the Weil Foot, Ankle, and Orthopedic Institute. He is board-certified in Foot, Rear Foot, and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
