Michael Emile Batipps

Dr. Michael Emile Batipps, M.D. is a neurology expert witness from District of Columbia. He has an active medical practitioner’s license from the District of Columbia. He is also certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his B.S. in Biology in 1968 from the Howard University College of Liberal Arts and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1972 from the Howard University College of Medicine at Washington, D.C. He completed internship in 1974 and residency in 1977 from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University of the Department of Medicine from the Harlem Hospital Center at New York City, New York. He further completed another residency in Neurology in 1977 from the Columbia University-Presbyterian Medical Center, New York Neurological institute. He also served as the National Institutes of Health Research Associate from 1977 to 1978 at the Laboratory of Cerebral Metabolism, National Institutes of Mental Health at Bethesda, Maryland. Currently, Dr. Batipps is Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at the George Washington University and the Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the Howard University. He is also affiliated with the Washington Hospital Center, the Providence Hospital, the National Rehabilitation Hospital and George Washington University Hospital. He also has few publications to his credit. He resides in District of Columbia.
