He has negotiated and maintained business relationships with warehouse lenders and institutional investors and has overseen direct seller/servicer relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, USDA, and the VA. Mr. Arnall also led the development of a digital mortgage origination platform designed for direct-to-consumer engagement.

Since 2020, Mr. Arnall has served as an expert witness in disputes involving loan officer recruitment, compensation structures, team transitions, and revenue generation practices. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker and mortgage originator in California and Florida. His consulting practice focuses on mortgage fintech, secondary marketing, and regulatory conduct related to consumer data privacy. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a BA from Brandeis University.
