Formerly, he served as the Professor of Surgery at the Columbia University Medical Center and the Director of the Cardiothoracic Surgery Research Laboratory and Clinical Research Program. He is a Fellow of the American College Of Surgeons. He also has been part of few conferences and has many publications to his credit. He resides in New York.
