Dr. Melinda K. Harman Ph.D. is a medical technology expert witness from South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics and Athletic Training in 1990 from Ball State University and then earned her Master of Science in Bioengineering in 1992 from the University of Utah. She then completed her Ph.D. in Bioengineering in 2007 from Clemson University and further completed her post-doctoral research fellowship at Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute.

Currently, Dr. Harman is the Health Services Affiliate at the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine-Greenville and is the Associate Professor of Bioengineering at Clemson University. She is also the Director of ReMED Lab at Clemson University Biomedical Engineering Innovation Campus.
