Max has furthered his expertise through continuing education with the American Institute of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, including specialized training in CVA and CFE certification courses.

Currently, Max is the Founder and Principal Consultant at LCS Forensic Accounting & Advisory in Houston, Texas, a role he has held since 2012. His previous experience includes serving as Project Manager for the Gulf Coast Claims Facility during the BP Oil Spill, as well as positions as Houston Director and Senior Manager at C. Lewis & Company, LLP. Max began his career as a Forensic Accountant at Berenfeld, Spritzer, Shechter and Sheer, LLP in Miami, Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in forensic accounting and advisory services.
