Dr. Matthew Joseph D'Ortona, Psy.D is a psychology expert witness from Pennsylvania. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1988 from Rutgers University and then completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 1990 from Loyola University Maryland. Dr. D'Ortona also completed his Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology in 1994 from the University of Hartford. He further completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive Therapy, University of Pennsylvania.
Currently, Dr. D'Ortona maintains his private practice in Elmira, New York and is a Disability Review Psychologist at NYS Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance. He is also a Clinical Psychologist at Wilkes Barre VA - Sayre.
