Throughout her career, Dr. Stephens has held multiple academic positions, including Assistant Professor at East Tennessee State University, Adjunct Clinical Professor at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine, and Faculty at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. She has also been deeply involved in teaching and clinical practice at various institutions, including Christiana Care Health System and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. In addition to her academic and clinical roles, Dr. Stephens is a physician co-founder of the Christiana Care Adult Down Syndrome Clinic and serves as the Medical Director for the Jefferson Continuing Care Program and the Y.A.L.E. School of Philadelphia. Her expertise in family medicine and developmental healthcare, combined with her leadership in public health and medical education, positions her as a highly respected expert in her field.
