Dr. Stephens completed her residency in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and has earned board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Developmental Medicine. She holds active medical licenses in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
