He also pursued his General Surgery Residency in 1978 under Tulane Division, Charity Hospital, New Orleans, Louisiana. He completes his fellowship in Vascular Surgery from the University of Florida Affiliated Hospitals, Gainesville, Florida in 1979. Currently, Dr. Evans is working as an Assistant Clinical Professor of General & Vascular Surgery under the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia. He also a Director of Vascular Laboratory from the HealthSouth Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Evans currently working as a Consultant and Advisor under the Department of Medical Affairs in Virginia. As well he is a Director of Vascular Laboratory from McGuire Medical Group, Richmond, Virginia. He also has several publications and honors to his credit.
