Dr. Martin Lee Blakely, M.D. is an pediatric surgery expert witness from Tennessee. Dr. Blakely also completed his Masters of Science in Clinical Research Program in 2006 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He has a physician's licenses from the states of Tennessee and Kentucky and is certified by American Board of Surgery.
