Expert Details

Mark Respass is a transportation and motor fleet safety expert with experience in commercial trucking safety management, accident investigation, and regulatory compliance. He completed Basic Law Enforcement training through the Department of Justice in 1977 and later completed Advanced Motor Vehicle Accident Investigation training at Davidson County Community College in 1983. In 2009, he completed coursework in Motor Fleet Safety Programs and Managing Motor Fleet Safety Programs through the University of Central Florida and the North American Transportation Management Institute. Additional training completed in 2020 through the North American Transportation Management Institute includes Accident Prevention and Countermeasure, Fall Protection, Forklift Safety, Vehicle Inspection, Repair and Management Regulations, and Walking-Working Surfaces.
