Mark Lewis Metersky

Dr. Mark Lewis Metersky, M.D., F.C.C.P., F.A.C.P. is a physician based in Farmington, Connecticut. He is board certified in Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. He did his graduation from New York University School of Medicine in the year 1985. He also did a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College in the year 1981. He did his Internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Boston City Hospital, Boston, MA from 1985 to 1988. He did his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from University of California, San Diego Medical Center, San Diego, CA in 1992. He holds the position of Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Connecticut School of Medicine, Farmington, CT. He was also an Instructor in Medicine at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center, San Diego, CA. He is affiliated with UConn John Dempsey Hospital. He is a Fellow, American College of Chest Physicians and a member of American Thoracic Society, Hartford County Medical Association, Connecticut Thoracic Society and Connecticut State Medical Society. He was the recipient of Garibaldi Award by Uconn Health, the Winner of the Alfred Soffer Research Award for Best Clinical Research Presentation by American College of Chest Physicians Annual National Meeting, Included in Guide to Top Doctors, Named One of America's Top Doctors 2001-2015 and he was also awarded with Connecticut Lung Health Award by American Lung Association of Connecticut. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Connecticut.
