Dr. Mark Barr McClellan, M.D., PH.D. is a Health Economics expert witness from North Carolina. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Dr. McClellan completed his B.A./B.S., summa cum laude in English/Biology in 1985 from the University of Texas. He also completed his MA, M.P.A. in Regulatory Policy in 1991 from the Harvard University and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1992 from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sci. & Technology. He further completed Ph.D. in Economics in 1993 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He also completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 1995 from the Department of Medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. Currently, Dr. McClellan is the Inaugural Director at the Duke-Robert J. Margolis, MD, Center for Health Policy. Formerly, he served as the Associate Professor of Economics at the Stanford University and also the Associate Professor of Medicine at the Stanford Medical School. He also has several publications to his credit.
