Mark Jeffery Cowan

Dr. Mark Jeffery Cowan M.D. is a internal medicine expert witness from the Maryland. He has an active license from the state of Maryland. He also has expertise in pulmonology. Presently, Dr. Cowan is the Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Baltimore, Maryland. He is also the Director of Baltimore VAMC Medical ICU, Director of Respiratory Therapy, Baltimore VAMC and also the Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Baltimore VAMC. He also has several publications to his credit. He is a member of the American Medical Association.
