Dr. Marc Aaron Levitt, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a pediatric surgery expert witness from District of Columbia. He also has expertise in colorectal surgery. He has medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of District of Columbia, California, Ohio, Washington, New York and Missouri and is also certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Levitt completed his B.A. in 1989 from University of Pennsylvania and then earned his M.D. in 1993 from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Of Yeshiva University in 1993. He then completed his first fellowship in Pediatric Surgery in 1997 from the Schneider Children's Hospital. Dr. Levitt further completed his internship in 1998 and residency in 1999 General Surgery from the Mount Sinai Hospital. He also completed his second fellowship in Pediatric Surgery in 2001 from the University at Buffalo, Oisheis Children's Hospital. Currently, Dr. Levitt is the Chief of the Division of Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the Nationwide Children's Hospital. Dr. Levitt also affiliated with the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the Children's Hospital of Buffalo. He has several publications to this credit. Dr. Levitt is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
