 Marc Jeffrey Bloom Ph.D., M.D. is a neurophysiology and anesthesiology expert witness from Florida. He earned his B.A. in 1972 and B.S. in 1973 from the University of Pennsylvania. Then he completed his M.D. in 1977 and his Ph.D. in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He further completed his residency and his fellowship from Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He has a physician's license from the state of Florida and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
