Dr. Madelon Lubin Finkel, Ph.D., M.P.A is an environmental health, oil, gas industry and epidemiology expert witness from New York. She completed her B.A. and M.P.A from New York University. She further completed her Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Health Services Research from the same institute.
Currently, Dr. Finkel is the Professor of Population Health Sciences and the Director of the Office of Global Health Education at Weill Cornell Medical College. Prior to this, she was a Visiting Professor at the School of Public Health, University of Sydney and at Chulalongkorn University Medical College.
