Dr. Louis Edward Samuels, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a thoracic and cardiac surgery expert witness from Pennsylvania. He has a medical practitioner’s license from the state of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Samuel completed his undergraduate degree in 1983 from the University of Rochester and then earned his M.D. in 1987 from the Hahnemann University School of Medicine. He further completed his internship and his residency from the Hahnemann University Hospital. Currently, Dr. Samuels is the Professor at the Jefferson University and a cardiologist at the Einstein Cardiac Surgery at Moss. He is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Association for Thoracic Surgery.
