Lloyd W. Aubry Jr., J.D. is a highly accomplished legal expert with extensive experience in labor law and public service. He earned his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Aubry has held several key positions in both the public and private sectors.

From 1991 to 1997, he served as the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations, a cabinet-level position, where he played a critical role in shaping labor policy. Prior to this, he was the State Labor Commissioner from 1985 to 1989. He also served as a Special Assistant and Counsel to the U.S. Secretary of Labor and to the Assistant Secretary for Policy from 1981 to 1984. During this time, he was appointed by President Reagan to serve on the Commission on Agricultural Workers, which was established as part of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Mr. Aubry has also practiced labor law in San Francisco and is currently a member of Morrison & Foerster LLP. His diverse experience in labor relations and public policy makes him a leading authority in his field.
