Dr. Leonard Daniel Latt M.D., Ph.D. is an orthopedic surgery expert witness from Arizona. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 from the University of California, San Diego - Jacobs School of Engineering. He then earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering in 2001 and his M.D. in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh. He further completed his internship at University of California San Francisco and his residency at McGill University in Montreal, Canada and then completed his fellowships at Kaiser Permanente San Diego and at Duke University Medical Center. He has a physician's license from the state of Arizona and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Latt is the Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine. He also practices at Banner-University Medicine Orthopedics Clinic and at Banner-University Medicine Multispecialty Services Clinic.
