Previously, Keller served as Director of Research & Analytics for the New York State Office of the Attorney General. In that role, she established and expanded the office's Research & Analytics department, overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on open-source intelligence, data analysis, and data science in support of investigations and major enforcement initiatives. Her work included analysis for litigation, co-authoring investigative reports, managing public transparency initiatives, and developing technology-driven investigative programs.

Earlier in her career, Keller held research positions with the Service Employees International Union 32BJ, where she directed research supporting collective bargaining campaigns, corporate investigations, and market analysis. She also served as a Senior Researcher at The Global Clearinghouse and held roles in political campaigns.

Keller earned a Master of Arts in Economics from The New School for Social Research, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Washburn University, and a Certificate in Data Science from General Assembly. Her technical experience includes Python, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Amazon Web Services, Git, and Adobe Creative Suite.
