She was also the Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics, George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. She is a member of Maternal & Child Health Research Institute (MCHRI). Her clinical focus is in persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn, hypoxic respiratory failure, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, ECMO, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, neonatal clinical trials, and the use of EEG and NIRS to detect brain injury. She serves at the Editorial Board of American Journal of Perinatology since 2006. She is currently affiliated with Stanford Children's Health, Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine Palo Alto, California. She is licensed to practice medicine in the state of California.
