Kevin J. Elphick

Kevin J. Elphick, P.E. is a highly experienced professional engineer with a broad background in industrial engineering, equipment sales, and project management. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has completed graduate coursework toward an M.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering at Penn State University. He has also pursued specialized training in AutoCAD at Camden County College, further enhancing his technical skill set. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.

With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Elphick has held diverse roles in industrial engineering, automation, and project management. His career includes positions as an Expert Witness in Cincinnati, Ohio, and as a Manufacturer’s Representative at Adding Value Through Automation since 2013. He has extensive experience in industrial engineering and consultative equipment sales, having worked for companies such as Fleetwood Fixtures, MRI, Follett, and Indoff, in addition to serving as a Project Engineer at Precision Automation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Elphick was the General Manager/Owner of KJE Associates, Inc., and held managerial positions at Anchor Glass Co. and St. Gobain Glass. His broad expertise spans industrial systems, automation, and engineering consulting, making him a highly respected professional in his field.
