Kelly Diane Teal R.N. is a nursing expert witness from Arkansas. She completed her Associate of Science (A.S.) in Registered Nursing in2001 from the Eastern Oklahoma State College at Wilburton, Oklahoma and then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from the East Central University at Ada, Oklahoma in 2010.
